A vacation property in Antioquia depended on WhatsApp and marketplaces to take bookings: no real-time availability, error-prone manual quotes (weekday/weekend/holiday rates, staff fees, pets, deposits) and platform commissions eating into every stay.
We built a direct booking platform with a custom pricing engine: weekday, weekend and holiday rates with Colombia's 18 public holidays auto-detected, per-pet and staff service fees by calendar days, and security deposits — all charged online via Wompi. iCal sync keeps external calendars aligned and an admin panel manages rates, house rules and bookings.
The property now takes commission-free direct bookings with accurate automatic quotes. Guests see real photos, transparent pricing and house rules in Spanish or English, accept terms at checkout, and the owner manages everything from a single panel.
