Synergic Pro is a web studio in Brisbane, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through synergic.pro and our social media accounts, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Contact form: your name, email, the kind of project you have in mind and your message. With it we keep how you first reached the site: the referring page, the campaign tags in the link (utm_source and similar), the first page you landed on and when. Your browser stores that first visit locally (localStorage) so it can be sent with the form; it never leaves your device unless you send the form.
Comments and direct messages: when you comment on or message our Instagram account or Facebook Page, Meta sends us the text, your public name or username, your account's ID for our business, and the post it relates to. We use this only to read and answer you.
Usage data: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you. When you open one of our short links (synergic.pro/go/…), we record that the link was opened and when, with no personal data.
To answer your enquiry or comment, prepare a quote and work with you if you become a client.
To reply to comments and messages on Instagram and Facebook. When a comment asks for something we offer by keyword (for example "DEMO"), our system replies and sends you the requested link by private message automatically. Other comments and messages are drafted with the help of an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) and a person reviews each reply before it is sent.
To learn which posts and pages bring enquiries, in aggregate. We don't sell your information, use it for unrelated marketing, or build advertising profiles.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or longer if you become a client and we must keep records (for example, invoices for tax purposes). Comments and messages are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including the data we received from Instagram or Facebook. Email hello@synergic.pro with the name or username you used and, if relevant, the account you contacted. We'll confirm within 30 days. Deleting a comment or message on Instagram or Facebook removes it there; to have our copy deleted as well, write to us.
Information is stored in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and only Synergic Pro staff who need it can see it.
