What does AI implementation advisory include?

It comes in two parts, and you can buy the first on its own. The first is the analysis: we look at your current workflow, find the steps where people spend time reading, copying or drafting, and write a proposal for the solution with clear milestones. The second, if you want it, is the build: we deliver that functionality tested and working inside your process, then train your team on it.

In TaxMate, an AI tax engine for Australian accounting firms that we're building, clients upload their documents in any of 5 languages and Claude reads PAYG summaries, ABN income and bank statements, so accountants stop re-typing figures by hand.

In Southernflow, the CRM we built for education and migration agencies, AI drafts the first version of each student's Genuine Student letter from their questionnaire answers, and writes internal summaries from a student's activity, documents and notes. It also checks official student visa pages for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK every day and flags which students each rule change affects.

How do you keep AI output reliable?

By never letting it have the last word, and by checking its work with code. In TaxMate, every extracted figure is cross-validated against cited ATO rules for FY2025-26, the maths is verified in code rather than by the model, and anomalies reach the accountant pre-scored for a one-click decision. When the accountant corrects something, that correction feeds back into the system.

In Southernflow, no Genuine Student letter goes out until the agency's team has reviewed, edited and approved it, and immigration advice stays with their registered migration agents. The visa-rule matching runs inside the agency's own database, so student data never leaves it.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

Projects start at $2,000 and usually take 3 to 6 weeks, with a written proposal of scope and cost before anything starts and payment typically split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. The process runs from a discovery call, through the analysis of your workflow and an implementation plan with milestones, to the build, testing and deployment, and training for your team with 30 days of support.

After launch, a care plan from $129 a month covers security maintenance, updates, and tuning of how the function processes your data, so it keeps performing as your documents and volumes change.
