What can an agent do for a professional firm?
It can hold the rules your team has to remember and apply them every time. Flexi Legal, a Brisbane compensation and employment law firm, uses one to prepare flyers, social posts and ads. Queensland's Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 restricts how personal injury services can be advertised, so the agent applies the firm's rulebook before anything goes out: no testimonials, no "No Win, No Fee" and no settlement outcomes on external material about compensation, while employment law content follows the standard rules.
