Queensland Residential Painters
Brisbane painting business on the northern corridor. Relaunched with a quote form that can't lose a lead, 26 suburb pages and a new brand.

The Challenge
Queensland Residential Painters is a Brisbane painting business working the northern corridor, from the CBD to Aspley: interiors, exteriors, roofs, commercial jobs, new builds and rental turnovers. They already had a site, but it was working against them. Every canonical URL and the sitemap pointed to a .com domain that didn't load, so Google was being sent to a dead address. The quote and contact forms showed a thank-you even when the email to the business failed, so a lead could vanish without anyone knowing. And some pages carried ratings and figures the business couldn't back up.
The Solution
We took the site over and relaunched it on our hosting. The domain is fixed everywhere and the .com now redirects to the .com.au. The forms only say thanks once the email has reached the owner; if it hasn't, the customer gets the phone number and email instead. We rewrote the 26 suburb pages with local detail for each one, removed every claim that couldn't be verified, and added privacy and terms pages and analytics that only load after consent. The business also got a new brand: we vectorised the logo from their business card and built the navy-and-gold design around it.
Key Features
- Two-step quote form: the job first, contact details second
- Leads emailed to the owner, with a visible fallback if delivery fails
- Seven service pages, from interiors to rental turnovers
- 26 suburb pages with local detail, checked for duplication in the build
- Separate pages for homeowners and builders
- New brand: vectorised logo and navy-and-gold design
- Privacy and terms pages, analytics only after consent
- .com and bare domain redirected to the canonical .com.au

Results
The relaunched site went live in October 2026 with 55 pages in its sitemap: seven service pages, 26 suburb pages, project write-ups and articles, all leading to a two-step quote form. Both forms were tested in production, and leads arrive by email with the customer's details ready for a reply. Reviews link to the business's Google profile instead of being written into the page.
