Store terms

The seller is Synergic Pro (Felipe Diez), ABN 15 790 985 256, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. You can write to hello@synergic.pro about anything in these terms.

Store products are digital files: skills for AI assistants, manuals and guides. When you buy one you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, under the licence text shown on the product page and included with the files. You do not acquire the copyright.

The products are educational material and general information. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice and do not replace a registered professional. AI assistants can make mistakes, including with figures: always verify their answers.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on each product page. Payment is by card or digital wallet through Stripe; Synergic Pro never sees your card details. You receive a receipt by email.

Synergic Pro is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If that changes, prices will state whether they include GST and receipts will say so.

After payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. The link is personal and expires after a few days; you can request a new one from the store with the same email address at any time while your edition is current. Downloads are limited to a reasonable number per purchase.

Products that depend on dated figures are sold by edition, one per Australian financial year. Your edition includes every version published until the closing date shown on the product page, and you are emailed when a new version is available. The next financial year's edition is a separate purchase. Versions you have downloaded remain yours to use under the licence.

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, there is no refund for change of mind. As a courtesy, if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded any file, we refund the full amount.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected: if a product is faulty, is not as described or does not do what it is meant to do, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a refund. Write to hello@synergic.pro with your order email.

You may install and adapt the products for your own or your household's use. You may not share, publish, resell or sublicense them, use them to provide services to others, or remove the authorship line and notices. The full licence is shown on each product page. We may stop delivering files to a purchase that breaches it.

To sell and deliver we keep your name, email, country and the purchase details, and a record of each download. Stripe processes the payment. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long. The products themselves run in your own AI account: Synergic Pro never receives what you ask them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them; the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase, and the date at the top tells you when they last changed.
